The civilian version of the Army’s new M7 rifle, this particular Sig is chambered in 7.62×51 with a 16’ barrel compared to the M7 chambered in 6.8×51 (A very expensive and hard to come by round at this time) with a 13” barrel (requiring SBR Tax Stamp).
The MCX Spear is largely defined by it’s short stroke gas piston system with adjustable gas valve for both suppressed and unsuppressed use, a set of charging handles at both the side and rear of the rifle, and fully ambidextrous controls.
We also have the 7.62 version of Sig’s M7 contract suppressor in stock as well, which is pictured in one of the photos, and available for purchase along with the rifle, but certainly not required.
