Description
A highly collectible and sought after oddity that is known as one of the finest handguns ever made, and some will argue the greatest, this HK P7 M8 is one of the cleanest examples that we have ever seen. This P7 M8 comes with its original factory HK plastic box, a set of wooden grips as well as a set of polymer grips, and two magazines.
The P7 is widely known by its nickname, the “Squeezecocker”. The grip of this pistol features a built-in cocking lever located at the front of the grip. Before the pistol can be fired, this lever must be squeezed; thus this lever acts as a safety.
The P7 was built for the German Police forces and began deliveries to departments in 1979, and the last Bavarian state police groups didn’t retire these handguns until 2019. Other German police departments complained when it was removed from service in the early 2000’s.
This P7 is an exceptional example, and is now available on consignment, priced at $3,899.00.
